"We have the opportunity to change people's lives. To walk into a home and give the family a wonderful product and also be able to change their life that is a blessing.

Kameron began her career with NAA a year before graduating from University of North Texas. Earning a bachelor's degree in advertising/journalism with a business concentration in marketing, she previously worked as a waitress to get her through the early parts of college, but then took a job at AFLAC after getting her insurance license. A friend of Kameron's who happened to work in Alex Fitzgerald's agency clued her in to the great opportunity at NAA: "I just knew this was where I was supposed to be. Of course, I had no idea how perfect this was going to be for me."
In her opinion, NAA's set itself from other insurance agencies with its ability to change people's lives. "I know that this company is very rare for the sole fact that it not only is growing me into a better person, it causes me to look at every other area of my life and helps me strive to reach the potential I know I am capable of." What she loves most about NAA is the honesty, integrity and leadership.
Since first being introduced to Alex, Kameron knew that he was a mentor that could teach her the success and leadership skills she needed to excel in the company. The owners of NAA, Andy Albright, Barry Clarkson and Philip Hudgins, also provided her with the skills that have made her what she is today. Kameron now strives to be a mentor to other agents; she tells them to be diligent and listen to top leaders. She emphasizes following the NAA program, including conference calls, reading, and following the Eight Team Player steps.
"I know that this company is very rare for the sole fact that it not only is growing me into a better person, it causes me to look at every other area of my life and helps me strive to reach the potential I know I am capable of. I will have an agency of people that LOVE helping people, and I will be a great leader with NAA to thank."
When looking to the future, Kameron's personal goals include remaining diligent, working on personal improvement, and staying happily married. Her husband, John, supports her in her work with NAA. They have 3 pit bulls at home: Julius, Mavy, and Suede. They hope to be able to assist cancer patients start a college scholarship for needy students with their newfound wealth: "My husband and I want to grow an agency of at least 500 people and make a yearly income of at least $5 million dollars," Kameron says. "I want to surround myself with millionaires that not only have money but have wisdom and a healthy wealth mentality."
